"Don't feel they listened"

Don't feel they listens about all the facts ,they were doing a case study but were not interested in all that had gone on feel they let children down,they make it clear they are not interested in grand parents was told you have no rights at all ,even though the grandparents are the one the child comes to if they need help

Feel they listen to the mother more even though there was witnesses that saw her tape a 2 year old to a chair when he was crying but every one is lieing but the mother..
